Current purchase availability
Online purchases are not currently available in the HighbiniOT Webshop. This document does not open a checkout, create an order or enable a payment. Follow the official Discord for store announcements.
Highbini Coins and account features
Highbini Coins belong to the game account balance and can be used only where a supported game feature accepts them. Check the account panel for information that is available for your account. Do not send money through unofficial links or private messages.
Existing purchase information
The previously published HighbiniOT policy describes applied virtual purchases as final and directs delivery errors to Discord support. The current website has no online checkout. For a past transaction or delivery issue, contact support with the receipt so the team can review that specific case.
Support for a transaction
Provide your character name, transaction date, reference and a receipt with unrelated personal details hidden. Never publish complete card details or your account password. The team must verify an actual transaction before confirming any delivery or adjustment.
