Recover AccountBefore Sending a Report
A clear report helps the team investigate the right event. Include the following information when contacting support on Discord:
- Character and world
Give your character name and the world where the problem happened.
- Date, time and time zone
Provide the approximate time so the team can locate the relevant server records.
- What happened
Describe the steps, what you expected and what actually happened. Include the exact error message, if any.
- Useful evidence
Attach a screenshot or short recording when it helps explain the issue. Hide personal information first.
Never post your password, recovery key or payment-card details. Support does not need your password to investigate a report.
